At Grants our whole side portion packs are available in an extensive range of both D Cut and Long Slice to suit all customer requirements.

Smoked Scottish Salmon
Only the finest fresh Scottish Salmon are selected to produce our Craigellachie, Grants Traditional and our new premium range of Scottish Monarch. Time honoured smoking methods perfected through generations provide a consistently subtle texture and delicate flavour. Dry cured with natural salt and gently smoked over smouldering oak-wood chips.

Gravadlax Salmon
Using time-honoured Nordic techniques perfected over generations, we cure our trimmed fresh fillets of North Atlantic Salmon using a delicate blend of dill, salt and sugar. The steeped fillets are allowed to cure and mature for 4 days to develop the flavour. Once cured the fillets are topped with a Scandinavian herb coating of dill, peppers, and lemon oil and sliced into a traditional D shape.

Hot Smoked Flaked Salmon
Hot Smoked Flaked Salmon is an ideal versatile ready-to-eat product suitable for use in salads, sandwiches and snacks.

Poached Salmon
Moist and delicious, this skinless and boneless salmon is versatile for many uses including sandwiches.

Salmon Portions
For accurate cost and portion control, at Grants we provide a range of individual salmon portions. These are available fresh or frozen. In addition to plain, we can also provide delicious options of flavoured salmon.

In a fast moving and ever changing food marketplace, there is an increased demand for private label solutions. At Grants we are experts in this field, having created own label products by working closely with many of our key customers including Morrisons supermarkets. Grants welcome the opportunity to discuss your private label requirements whether you are an existing or new customer.
